Study Abroad Educational Consultants (SAEC) acts as an educational consultancy and authorised representative of Russian Universities, facilitating admissions to partner universities and institutions/universities in Russia, including medical, engineering and other higher education programmes in the Russian Federation. Our consultancy services may include:
• Academic eligibility assessment
• University selection and admission guidance
• Application processing
• Documentation support
• Visa assistance
• Pre-departure guidance
• Liaison with partner universities and educational institutions/universities
Where applicable, SAEC may also coordinate supplementary training programmes, including Pre-departure Orientation Programme, FMGE preparatory coaching and related academic support, through recognised partner organisations.
Admission to any programme is solely at the discretion of the Rector, Admissions Committee, or authorised admissions authority of the respective institution based on the authenticity of the documents provided by the applicant. Although to be taken into Consideration that each and every university has a different selection and eligibility criteria.
SAEC does not have the authority to guarantee admission.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed by the destination country and the respective educational institution. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Minimum academic qualifications
• Subject requirements
• Entrance examination criteria (where applicable)
• Medical fitness requirements
Applicants must submit accurate, genuine, complete, and legally valid documentation, including:
• Academic mark sheets
• Transfer Certificates
• Passport copies
• Medical certificates
• Identity documents
• Any additional documents requested by the institution
Where required, documents must be notarised or officially certified. List is not final and vary from university to university and may change every academic year. SAEC shall not be responsible for application rejection resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the applicant.
Consultancy, processing, and administrative charges will be communicated to the applicant prior to engagement.
Tuition fees, hostel fees, medical insurance, and any other institutional charges are determined solely by the respective university and may change due to:
• Annual institutional revisions
• Government regulations
• Currency exchange rate fluctuations
• Inflation and administrative updates
Applicants are responsible for verifying the latest fee structure before making payment.
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
• Consultancy and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Fees paid towards confirmed admissions are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, shall only be considered under exceptional circumstances
and in accordance with the written refund policy communicated by SAEC or the respective institution.
Annual tuition fees, hostel fees, insurance fees, and other institutional charges are governed exclusively by the policies of the respective university. SAEC shall not be liable for fee revisions made independently by partner institutions /universities.
Applicants agree to:
• Provide complete and truthful information.
• Submit all required documents within prescribed deadlines.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
• Comply with all immigration and visa requirements.
• Follow the academic regulations of the respective institution.
After enrolment, the student shall be solely responsible for:
• Academic performance
• Attendance requirements
• Examinations
• Code of conduct
• Compliance with local laws
• University regulations
Completely read and sign the agreement with the university and abide the same at all times These matters fall outside the scope of SAEC's consultancy services.
SAEC acts solely as an educational consultant and admission facilitator.
